Our Mission

We are partnering with a long-standing Catholic care institution in Manila that serves abandoned and surrendered individuals with special needs. This mission is about presence, dignity, and service, meeting people where they are and supporting the caregivers who walk with them every day.

WHO ARE WE SERVING

Persons with Special Needs
Residents include:

  • Children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities

  • Individuals with physical disabilities and medical complexities

  • Long-term residents who rely on consistent caregiving, structure, and compassion

  • This is not short-term aid, it is relational service.

WHO CAN GO

Staff, family members, and mission-minded supporters

This trip is ideal for individuals with:

  • Special education, therapy, behavioral health, or caregiving experience

  • A heart for service and cultural humility

  • No clinical work will be performed without authorization

HOW ARE WE SERVING

Our team will support by:

  • Assisting daily routines and care support

  • Engaging residents through activities, play, music, and connection

  • Providing respite and encouragement to caregivers

  • Offering skills aligned with our background in special needs, education, therapy, and support services
