Big Ideas, Real Impact.

At Avanzos, we are committed to supporting families navigating the special education and IEP process. Due to the high demand for services, we are not always able to provide direct support to every family who reaches out, including those on our waitlist and families located out of state.

To extend our support beyond these limits, we created the IEP Podcast as an educational resource designed to reach and empower more families.

A Podcast Created by a Parent and Professional

The IEP Podcast was created by Flor De Amelia Hoffman, founder of Avanzos and a parent of a child with special needs. Through her personal and professional experience, Flor recognized the need for a platform where families could access reliable information and meaningful support, regardless of their location.

This podcast was designed as a space to share resources across different States and to amplify voices that truly understand the IEP process. Listeners will find perspectives from experienced professionals, parents navigating similar journeys, and individuals actively involved in special education systems.

Share Your Story with the IEP Podcast

The IEP Podcast welcomes individuals involved in special education who are interested in sharing their experiences, insights, or professional expertise.

We are open to voices from all areas of special education, including parents, educators, clinicians, and advocates. Guest conversations with Flor may be conducted virtually or in person, depending on availability and location.
